Because we want to make the experience more enjoyable for you (and partly for us), here are a few guidelines to share with you.

When you book your appointment in our wellness centre, it is for you only.

RESERVATION is a prerequisite for visiting our wellness centre.

1. The easiest way to your visit our Wellness Centre is to make a phone call 02 421 63 10. This makes it easier and quicker for our staff to find an appointment that suits you, as all communication takes place immediately
2. By e-mail info@hotel-bau.si . Communication takes longer, especially if we do not get enough information in the enquiry and in cases when the desired appointment is already booked.

• A personal visit to the reception.

That’s why it is essential for our smooth work and your pleasant experience that you keep to the agreed appointments, that you are punctual and that you inform us at least one hour before your scheduled arrival in case you cannot make it.

PACKAGES are the options you have to choose from for your reservation.

Please check them on our website before reservation or ask our friendly reception staff about them.

Not all packages include everything in the wellness centre.

When you book the basic package, you have a wellness centre for yourself for 120 minutes for 2 persons.

It includes everything listed in the package, but not the whirlpool (jacuzzi).

The whirlpool is filled with fresh water each time only when you book the PLUS package.  

Champagne, chocolates and fresh fruit await you with the Pampering for Two wellness package.

PAYMENT: at the reception desk or prepayment.

All the benefits of our  Hotel Bau Maribor wellness centre:

• Appointments are individual, ensuring complete intimacy and relaxation.
• Between each visit, the wellness centre is thoroughly cleaned.
• The whirlpool is cleaned and filled with fresh water without added chemicals before each use.
• There are three saunas: a Finnish sauna, a Turkish sauna and an infrared sauna.
• A heated lounger, the tepidarium, is waiting for you to rest (or dry your towels).
• Kneipp baths, for refreshed and well-blooded feet.
• We will prepare everything you need (towels, sheets, bathrobes, slippers, tea, water)
• We are happy to adapt to your wishes.,

What not to do in our wellness centre:

• Book an appointment and don’t come/cancel. This deprives others of the opportunity to visit the wellness centre and causes us extra work and costs. You are well on your way to not get a reservation again next time.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden in the wellness centre. (Really, who smokes in a sauna?!)
• Leave the sauna doors open – this cools the sauna and makes it less than optimum temperature.
• Taking hotel equipment out of the wellness centre (Yes, it happens).
• Destroying hotel inventory.
• Bring in your own food and drink.
