Business corner in hotel Bau
The seminar room is full of pleasant daylight appropriate for work. The room can be darkened for slide presentations.
The room with a surface of 70 m2 enables uninterrupted work for up to 30 participants. It is possible to set up desks and chairs in various constellations:
- Cinema constellation for up to 30 participants,
- Desk constellation for up to 17 participants.
The room is also equipped with a projector, a screen and a flipchart.
Price for renting a seminar room – 43,00 € for the first, starting hour, each next additional hour costs 35,00 €.
From 01.01.2025 the price will change to 45€ for the first hour and 37€ for each hour thereafter.
The price includes wished constellation and use of Wi-Fi internet.
Additional costs:
Projector – 10 € / hour
Flip chart (with 10 sheets) – 7 € / rent
Reception or break treats:
- Warm drinks: coffee or tea,
- Bottled juice or home‐made bio apple juice,
- Croissants,
- Home‐made light pastry and cakes,
- Sandwiches.
Coffee break 1:
Coffee and tea, tap water and draft juice = 4,40€/person
Coffee break 2:
Coffee and tea, bottled water 0,5l, bottled juice 0,2l = 7,90€/person
Coffee break 3:
Coffee and tea, bottled water 0,5l, bottled juice 0,2l, mini croissant = 9,90€/person
Coffee break 4:
Coffee and tea, bottled water 0,5l, bottled juice 0,2l, mini croissant, fresh sliced fruit = 13,00€/person
Other additional wishes are after agreement.
TERMS OF USE FOR THE HOTEL BAU SEMINAR ROOM
When using the seminar room observe the following rules:
1. In the room is strictly prohibited smoking and use of flammable substances.
2. Heating/cooling space is regulated automatically and can only be changed by an administrator.
3. The use of space is possible only upon prior reservation.
4. The user is responsible for the protection of personal items during the use of the room.
5. The user has to act as a good manager with all the equipment. In the case of equipment failure the user has to inform the administrator. The user is in the time of using responsible for damage or disposal of equipment.
6. Intake of food and beverages is allowed only if is ordered at our hotel.
